Have we ever wondered how often we are occupied in our daily race of worldly materialism that we forget to connect with our spirit? Why even when after achieving our worldly goals our soul is still dissatisfied? Why when we have everything that we aspired for there is still discontent within our hearts? How come our desires don’t fulfill the hole in our soul and complete us making us ecstatic? The answer to all these why’s lie in one sentence only; We neglect the gravity of being a supportive and valuable individual.

The significance of making our own lives better is of utmost priority, but a lot of us overlook the necessity of prioritizing support to somebody else’s goals. The light that we strive to fall on our lives, may not want others to taste it. Ambivalence over other’s success makes us a bit uncomfortable and wanting to do better than that. Instead of being appreciable and cooperative, we have turned mischievous and ambiguous. We spend our whole lives eyeing everybody else’s lives looking to belittle them and feeling self-conceited. We don’t help people struggling because we fear that they might replace us.

All these perplexed assumptions popping in our heads make us prone to be supportive and helpful beings. In turn, this whole dilemma brings discontent and ungratefulness in our daily lives. A missing part of our lives kept astray. Nobody might have taught us this but we as humans don’t really need to please our bodies. They are gonna crumble anyway. What we need to nutrify are our souls and spirituality. A human spirit is designed to be delightful when somebody is succored from our entity. It is formulated to reach its sense of pure gratification when we assist an individual in accomplishing their objectives and dreams.

Aiding others in their lives by any means even as little as giving a bit of advice holds great importance. We don’t know how our little actions and advice bring a drastic change in somebody else’s life. By doing good for others and wanting good for others we also make our own lives better and peaceful. All worldly materials and happiness cannot obtain the peaceful sleep and gratifying soul that one can find in helping others. Being benevolent is crucial in determining what comes to us in return following because we shall reap what we sow.

Moreover, there lies a universal system set by God for homo sapiens. If you do good to others, it will happen with you and vice versa for harming and doing bad. Frequently nowadays generosity and liberality are scarce. Similarly, our lives lack tranquility and ataraxis. We need to understand that there is nothing that is lost by giving others, but on the contrary, benefits, and blessings are earned. Nobody has become poor by giving. In fact, the most prominent quality of highly successful people is that they love to give. They don’t hesitate in giving anything whether advice, money, help, or whatsoever because they know that this is a profitable investment. They grow themselves by elevating people in their surroundings.

Giving charity, funds, education, knowledge, piece of advice, a chance to meet whatever is in one’s probability must be given away. When we start taking care of people and believing in them, nature repeats the cycle for us too. For an experienced person, this is the deal for a lifetime while those still arguing against it remain submerged in the darkness of their ego’s losing a chunk of blessings. This complimentary gift from God is however only bestowed to some. May I and you be one of them.
