THE QUEST TO OUR DREAMS IS IN OUR HANDS

What do you want to be when you grow up? Sounds familiar, right? Well, it is a question that we all have been asked about in our childhood and even in the teenage. At that time of our life, the minds are maturing and evolving our habits, passions and extracting our inner talent. Some discover these attributes early on, some take a little while. We all aspire to pursue our dreams and do what we love the most. Since all our fancy desires are not quite realized because it isn’t facile to uncover the brilliance in us, doesn’t mean that you can’t perceive it. I bring you my quest to this question, my journey so far, and my ambition towards my goals.

If I say that I possess a single goal in my mind since I started to make sense that would be chicanery. My mind was like a raft drifting in the ocean floating from one destination to other. The abundance of options makes up for a bewildered and puzzled teenager. For instance, when I would be wrestling with my younger brother I would imagine myself as the greatest wrestler putting on five-star matches and selling out arenas. When I am explaining subjects to my fellows I observe a reflection of a great teacher in me. When I’m playing cricket or football with my friends I believe I am a supreme player and planner of the game. When I’m looking into insights of any task and performing brainstorming over it, handling certain tasks, and supervising every move I am convinced to be a leader.

All these qualities make you think about which path to follow, which route to go after, and which dream to chase. Subsequently, one cannot have everything he wants so he needs to determine what he wants badly. If one is after affluence then he may choose the track that leads him there. If one is after healthiness then he may subjugate his routine to accomplish his goal. Ultimately, choosing what you want to do may entail the motivation to pursue your dream. That one motive, that one impulse, that one incentive will ensure the stimulation of your trail towards your dream.

I find my impetus to become a soul that devotes his body, energy, and life to ameliorate humanity by any means. I desire to see myself in a place where my existence is a form of welfare for a mass. My satisfaction lies in serving anyone with anything that I have because I am convinced that there is no life better spent, that’s spent as a helping hand for others. To achieve my dream, my actions must be built in the juxtaposition of them. I see my nature not be contradicting my perceptions and qualities and it makes me jolly.

Currently, I am studying to become a medical technologist, something that makes me delightful. Medical sciences have indulged my interest as it amazes me the more I dig deep into it. My future as a medical technologist ensures that I obey my ambition to help people in any possible way. My writings whether it be an article, a blog, a poem, or a story assure that it is parallel to my vision. I strive that my day-to-day actions coincide with my intentions. It is easier said than done, but driving towards your objective on unidirectional trail aid in aspiring you to fulfill your destiny.

In the end, I don't need to reach my intended potential, but it is obligatory to struggle for it. And that is the lesson I want to preach my readers and listeners. There is no path of flowers towards a dream but there is a hell guaranteed. Only those who survive and make the most of the blood and sweat are filtered to enter the paradise they were building throughout. So my quest en route to my dream continues boisterously, and yours must too, passionately.
