WHAT IS HOLDING YOU BACK?

You know who you are, don’t you? You’re well aware of your abilities, you know your drawbacks, your limits, boundaries, your ‘talent’. But still, you lack movement and are kinda stuck in the same place. Not getting ahead, more like a snail, sluggish. When you’re conscious of your capabilities then what is it that is blocking your way to reach for the moon? Why your fortune always seems awful? Let’s look at a few things to avoid and utilize the inner talents that you have and achieve greatness in those domains.

MULTIPLAYER:

Being a multiplayer or multi-tasker appears to be a hero’s trait. However, it only drains your power out when you need it the most. It makes you jump the wagon when you’re trying to do a different task. The distraction caused by these thoughts in your brain concludes a mix of images that make no sense at all. The result? Nill.

No work is completed duly as none got your proper attention. To make it up and running is by providing it with your full brain capacity and not diverting the mind towards other problems. Everything requires focus and determination but by dividing it into different tasks, well you just got nothing working out. As heroic as multiplaying sounds like it turns out to be one of your worst enemies. Just Prevent It.

COCKINESS:

Learning makes you grow, and as you grow your work will become finer day by day. But what if you stop learning? Maybe because you already know everything about your job and you’re always right. Making a habit of seeing yourself always right is the biggest wrong that you have. When you are right you don’t learn, you don’t progress, or try to become better. You just stay who you are. You’re not open to new ideas, hence clinging you on the same path while everyone walks to a new one. Improving means maturing which leads to thriving. If one doesn't improve (because he’s always right, yeah?), one has no chance to thrive. So, Just Learn It.

DETACHMENT:

An introverted audience is more prone to this category. Extroverts might also face hurdles in connecting to strangers. Communication is a barrier that prevents you from taking the big leap. Networking is a practice that introduces you to a broader view of the world and your notions are not just confined to your beliefs.

Getting people to know, connecting with them, having a conversation with them is an art and there are no limitations to its implication. All you have to do is just do it. Try to speak with people around you in a good manner. Start from greetings and then slowly turn them into conversations. Think of them as a human ( cause we think of others as mystical species). Gradually you’ll learn how to communicate suitably. So, Just Say It.

TREPIDATION:

A man with the fear of the unknown will never acknowledge even the known. Every barricade, every fence that brings your sprint to a halt is hidden in the dinosaur known as “fear”. Without overcoming the fear you can not fulfill your destiny. Fear of the possible ‘bad’ outcome prevents your potential to be exploited. As it is said that whatever bad happens is 10% in reality and 90% in the head. A clear head with determination and will can always make a comeback from any setback. Believing in yourself, implementing your skills, showing patience and perseverance are key to conquering the trepidation behemoth. If you’re afraid of doing anything, take it as a challenge and knock it out of the park. It’ll take one go, two, three, four or hundred, eventually you’ll become master in it. So Just Believe It.

To enjoy the fruits of your drudgery and grind, you must bear the different seasons that you go through, different pests that you fight off, different conditions that you live through, and different people that you encounter along the way. It’s never an easy journey( it never was, by the way) but you’ll get the better of it. You all can contribute to the prosperity of this world in one way or another, and the truth is that YOU WILL.
